What is the minimum deposit?The minimum deposit required to open an account is USD $100, however, accounts may be funded in smaller amounts once the minimum deposit has been met.

Why is my card not accepted?There may be various reasons, but the most common one would be card providers blocking the transaction. It may be due to international restrictions or the nature of the transaction (being forex). This is usually resolved by reaching out to your card provider and asking them to allow the transaction to go through. If your credit card deposit fails, take a look at the error message shown on the screen.
