Once confirmed, the account will log out and ask the user to sign back in with the new password.

How do I modify an existing order?Right-click the trade in Terminal > select modify or delete > Metaquotes will automatically populate the SL or TP with the minimum level, change as desired > Copy as > Modify. The changes will now reflect in the terminal and chart.

How do I show the Ask Line on my charts?When you place a trade, your entry and close price will be dependent on being a buy or sell. When making buy order, your trade will open on the sell/ask price, and close on the buy/bid price. This is order is reversed when placing a sell order. Showing the ask line on your charts is useful because it shows you the spread, which helps you place and monitor trades.

Login IssuesThis may be due to several reasons: You may want to check initially that the password you are entering is correct, sometimes it also helps to copy and paste your password from the welcome email we send when an account is created. What is Blueberry Markets' GMT/UTC Offset?Blueberry Markets trading servers are currently set to New York close time. This means that 00:00 platform time coincides with 5 pm New York time. Platform server time is set at GMT+2 when New York is observing Eastern Standard Time and changed to GMT+3 when New York is observing Daylight Savings Time. For non-US time zones, their local daylight savings changes will affect the session times relative to platform server time.

Where can I find my account balance and trade history?This information is available in the Terminal window at the bottom of your MT4 screen. Here you will find the following tabs: Trade - Shows your account balance, equity, margin, free margin, margin level and any open positions and pending orders. Exposure - Depicts your total account exposure relative to trades. Account History - Provides a complete breakdown of your orders to-date. To view this as a detailed statement, right-click anywhere in the window > save as detailed report Journal - Displays a record of all your actions on MT4 or MT5.

Why can’t I modify an existing trades SL or TP?This is likely due to setting a stop-loss or take-profit levels too close to the current price, this minimum is usually 30 points (3 pips). Alternatively, it may mean that you have set these levels on the wrong side of the current market price. You can find this for any product through contract specifications under Stops level.

Why can’t I place a trade?There are several reasons why this could happen, see below for each: Professional accounts have unique symbols to trade on, they are not immediately shown when first logging into an account. These symbols are designated by the suffix .i (dot i). Standard forex pairs are not available on professional accounts and vice versa. To show all available tradable symbols, right-click in the market watch area of the platform > select ‘show all’
