How do I make a withdrawal from my trading account?Withdrawals from your trading account are facilitated by the Client Portal, this is available through any browser and allows for basic administration of your account. For guidance on specific withdrawal methods, please see below: Visa / Mastercard Keep in mind that deposits need to go back to the original method used in funding. If you haven't withdrawn your deposits yet, your first withdrawal(s) will be considered withdrawal(s) of the deposits.

How long does it take to withdraw?We process withdrawals between Mondays and Fridays within 24 hours of the request being made through the Client Portal, however, this may be delayed in some instances. Withdrawals are processed by the Finance Department which operates from Mondays thru Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM AEST/AEDT. What reasons are there for a withdrawal request to be declined or delayed?If an account has open positions during processing, free margin must be equal to or greater than 150% after the requested amount has been deducted. Credit/debit cards must have their refund functions enabled, card issuers are in some cases required to verify this. If we cannot refund the card used to deposit, we require evidence from the issuing bank showing the account name, account details, and deposit(s) made to the trading account.

Where can funds be withdrawn to?Withdrawals must return to the exact same method used to deposit. In no circumstance will we refund a deposit to a card and/or Skrill account different to that of the one used to make the deposit being refunded. If multiple methods are used to deposit, Visa/Mastercard will be the first method used to withdraw. Deposits are refunded in chronological order, meaning they are withdrawn in the same order and sequence to deposits.

Under no circumstances we'll send the funds to a card and/or Skrill account not used to deposit. For example, if you fund using VISA/MasterCard XYZ the funds must be returned to card XYZ. If the card used to fund is lost/stolen/expired and you have been issued a replacement, you may request a withdrawal to the card used to deposit and your bank should be able to redirect the funds to the replacement once it reaches them.
