Why is my card not accepted?
There may be various reasons, but the most common one would be card providers blocking the transaction. It may be due to international restrictions or the nature of the transaction (being forex). This is usually resolved by reaching out to your card provider and asking them to allow the transaction to go through (note that they will see Eightcap Pty Ltd as the merchant).
If your credit card deposit fails, take a look at the error message shown on the screen. If you're not sure what it means, reach out to Support by chat or email and attach a screenshot of the error.
