What is a VPS?

A Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a type of hosting service using a Data Center to provide customers with a dedicated PC or Mac for trading. It acts like a computer located in the data center, installed only with MT4 or MT5, used exclusively by one customer for trading purposes.

Benefits of VPS

  • The computer runs continuously without shutting down, supporting 24/7 trading.

  • Expert Advisors (EAs) can run 24/7 without interruption, unlike regular computers.

  • Not affected by local power outages at the user's location.

  • High privacy and security.

  • Helps reduce slippage due to higher performance than standard servers and computers.

How to Access VPS

Generally, VPS is accessed via Microsoft Remote Desktop (RDP) program.

For Windows: This program comes pre-installed and ready to use.

For Mac: Can be downloaded from the App Store
