Funds can be withdrawn to the following destinations:

Withdrawal Method

Things to Note

Credit & Debit Cards

  • Deposits made via credit or debit cards are normally processed as refunds on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis.

  • Card refunds are usually processed first and returned to the same card used for deposits.

  • Only the exact amount deposited using a card will be processed as a refund. Profits and deposits made through a different method cannot be refunded.

  • Some transactions may be processed in increments depending on the deposited and already withdrawn amounts.

  • If the card you used to deposit has expired, your card issuer should be able to allocate the funds to your new card. If it was lost or stolen, you may need to provide us with a certification of closure or loss, and we will look into processing through other methods.

  • Once we have processed the card refund, it should instantly appear on your card.

Crypto

  • Crypto withdrawal is available to clients who have made crypto deposits.

  • Processing time may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as network congestion.

Bank Wire

  • Requires submission of a bank statement to verify account ownership and ensure bank information accuracy.

  • We may require additional documentation if your bank account is in a country other than the country you registered with Blueberry.

  • International bank wires usually attract a fee of approximately USD $25.00, which is imposed by and dependent on banking intermediaries; such fees are the client's responsibility.

  • Because of the above-mentioned fee, the minimum withdrawal amount is USD $50— however, we highly recommend withdrawing at least $100 to maximise the fee.

  • International bank wire withdrawals can take 3-7 business days, depending on the receiving bank and intermediaries.

  • Bank account details must include a SWIFT code, IBAN, and sort code/BSB. If your bank does not use a sort code/BSB, you may enter six (6) zeros in the relevant field.

Skrill / Neteller eWallet

Other local methods available by region

Important Notes:

  • Withdrawal requests on a business day before 04:00 PM AEST/AEDT are usually processed on the same day.

  • If your account has open trades upon submission of the withdrawal request, the free margin must be equal to or greater than 150% after deducting the amount.
    Free Margin Calculation = (Equity/Margin) x 100

  • Third-party payments are NOT allowed.
