Requesting Additional Accounts via the Client Portal

  1. Once you are logged in to the Client Portal, in the left-hand menu, click "Portfolio," then "Trading Accounts." There will be a "Create Live Account" box to create an additional trading account.

  2. Select the preferred Trading Platform, Account Type, Leverage, and Currency.

3. Click on "Create Live Account" to finalize the creation process.

4. A new account will be automatically created for you. The login details will be sent to you by email shortly.

Didn’t get the email? Kindly check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, please start a live chat with a Support Officer.

The maximum number of live accounts that you can have is five (5) for each platform. If you need more than that, kindly reach out to your account manager.
