Important Note: To cancel a withdrawal transaction on the Client Portal, the status of the request should not be completed yet.
Steps on how to cancel a withdrawal request:
Proceed to the Transaction History on the Client Portal and simply click the "Cancel" button of the transaction that needs to be cancelled:
Once the withdrawal request has been cancelled, it should look like this:
To know more details about the cancelled withdrawal request, just click the ℹ️ icon on the right part of the transaction:
The details of the transaction will appear on the screen as shown below:
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
An email confirmation about the cancelled withdrawal request will be sent to the registered email address within the day as a reference. Refer to the example below:
