Important Note: To cancel a withdrawal transaction on the Client Portal, the status of the request should not be completed yet.
Follow these steps to cancel a pending withdrawal in the Client Portal:
Step 1: Go to Transactions
From the left-hand menu on your Blueberry dashboard, click Transactions. This will open all transaction-related options.
Step 2: Open Transaction History
Under the Transactions menu, click Transaction history to view a list of all your past and pending transactions.
Step 3: Select the Withdrawal
In the transaction history list, locate the Withdrawal transaction you want to cancel and click on it to view the details.
Step 4: Click “Cancel transaction”
Within the withdrawal details screen, click the Cancel transaction button. This option is available while the withdrawal is still in the queue.
Step 5: Confirm the Cancellation
A confirmation popup will appear. Click Yes, cancel to confirm. Once confirmed, the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
An email confirmation about the cancelled withdrawal request will be sent to the registered email address within the day as a reference. Refer to the example below:
