Internal Transfer Steps

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.

  2. Under the "Transactions" tab, click on the Internal transfer button:

  3. Click on the “Select the source account” dropdown

  4. Select the source account

  5. Enter the amount that you wish to transfer:

  6. Select the destination account:

  7. For cross-currency transfers, a quote (real-time market exchange rate) will be generated as a reference for the transfer. Note that a new quote will be generated every 1 minute to keep up with the real-time market exchange rate:

  8. After reviewing the trading account source and destination, amount, and currencies, simply click the "Transfer now" button for the transfer to be submitted:

  9. A pop-up message will show up on the screen. "Transfer submitted" means that the internal transfer will be processed within 5 minutes:

Important things to note:

  • If the source account has open trades during internal transfer, the free margin must equal at least 150%.

  • If you experience any error upon initiating an internal fund transfer, submit a support ticket.
