IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please ensure to take note of your password, as your cTrader account password will not be sent via email. You will only receive an email confirming that a password change has been made.
There are three ways to reset your cTrader password:

On the cTrader ID login page, click "Forgot Password?" and follow the on-screen steps to reset your password:
Log in to your cTrader ID and go to the "Credentials" tab. From there, you should be able to reset your password accordingly:
