An error message occurs while running the installer.

  1. Uninstall the current Blueberry Pulse file from your device.

  2. Run the installer again.

After installing and attaching Blueberry Pulse to a chart, either no assets or only some assets from Market Watch in MetaTrader are displayed.

After installing and attaching Blueberry Pulse to a chart, the EA does not load, and no error message is displayed.

If Blueberry Pulse does not show up, check if the DLL imports is enabled by following the steps below:

  1. Double-click "Blueberry Pulse Research Terminal" from the EA list.

  2. Access the "Common" tab.

  3. Make sure that “Allow DLL imports” in the Safety section is checked:

  4. Blueberry Pulse should now load on your screen.

After installing and attaching the EA to a chart, an error “Access to server name denied” appears:

  1. Ensure that you are using a Live Blueberry Trading account, and not a demo.
