How to Deposit via Crypto?

Learn how to successfully deposit via Bitcoin using your Client Portal.

IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE PROCEEDING:

  • Only send crypto through our supported currencies and networks. Sending funds through an unsupported network may result in the funds being unrecoverable. Refer to this help centre article: Multichannel Crypto (NAEWE) vs Crypto (BVNK) for the Supported Currencies and Networks.

  • Each transaction has a unique wallet address. The wallet address used in a previous transaction will not be the same for future transactions.

  • You will receive an email once the funds are received.

  • There may be fees associated with your transactions depending on your wallet.

  • If funds aren't confirmed by the timeout or if insufficient coins are sent, you will receive an automated email to claim the funds within 8 hours. If you don’t receive the email, contact the payment service provider and share the following information:

    • The transaction ID

    • A payment address to send the funds to

    • The verification code

  • If you unintentionally send an insufficient amount, you can send the remainder, and the payment service provider will combine them. You can also send funds from multiple wallets/accounts.

  • After sending the payment, you can check the status on the Transaction Status page. The confirmation process usually takes 10-45 minutes, but it can vary depending on network congestion. The status page remains available for the next 30 days.

Step 1: Log in to your Client Portal and locate the "Deposit" section under the "Transactions" tab:

Step 2: Depending on availability, select "Crypto" as your Deposit method:

Step 3: Enter the relevant trading account and the deposit amount, then hit "Deposit now". Ensure you read the Important Note before proceeding:

Step 4: Review the deposit details and click "Deposit":

Step 5: Depending on your payment method, proceed accordingly:
