Steps on How to Obtain Tick Data:
Step 1: Launch the MT5 platform on your PC/Mac device.
Step 2: In the upper-left corner, click on “View,” and from the dropdown menu, select “Symbols”:
Step 3: Click on “Ticks”, and the Tick Data Page will appear:
Step 4: Select the desired symbol and customize the date range (it’s recommended to pull the tick data for 5 minutes before and after the trade in question):
