How to withdraw funds via Bank Wire

Learn the steps in withdrawing funds to your bank account.

Step 1: Open your Portfolio

Log in to your account and click Portfolio from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Go to Trading Accounts

Under Portfolio, click Trading accounts.

Step 3: Select a Trading Account

Choose the trading account you want to withdraw funds from.

Step 4: Click Withdraw

On the account overview screen, click Withdraw.

Step 5: Select the Trading Account (source)

From the Withdraw from dropdown, select the trading account again as the source of funds.

Step 6: Confirm the Trading Account

Ensure the correct trading account and available balance are displayed.

Step 7: Select Withdrawal Method

Click Select method under Withdrawal method.

Step 8: Choose Bank Wire Transfer

Select Bank Wire Transfer (this option is marked as recommended).

Step 9: Enter the Withdrawal Amount

Type the amount you wish to withdraw.

Step 10: Submit the Withdrawal Amount

Click Withdraw to proceed.

Step 11: Choose or Add a Bank Account

  • Select an existing bank account profile, or

  • Click Add another bank profile to create a new one.

Step 12: Select Bank Account Currency

Choose the currency of your bank account (e.g., AUD, USD, EUR).

Step 13: Select Bank Account Country

Choose the country where your bank account is registered.

Step 14: Click Next

Review your selections and click Next.

Step 15: Enter Bank Details & Upload Statement

Fill in all required bank details, including:

  • Bank account number

  • BSB / SWIFT / relevant bank code

  • Beneficiary type (Individual or Company)

Upload a bank statement issued within the last 3 months (accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG).

Step 16: Submit

Click Submit to complete your bank wire withdrawal request.

Step 17: Select the OTP Delivery Method.

Step 18. Enter the OTP.

The confirmation window will display once successful. You can now track your withdrawal via the "Transaction History" tab
