How to Download Your Account Statements in Blueberry X

You can easily download your trading account statements anytime directly from Blueberry X. These statements include your closed trades, deposits, withdrawals, and overall account activity.

Follow the steps below to download your statement in just a few clicks.


Step 1 — Log in to Blueberry X

  1. Go to the Blueberry X platform on your browser or open the mobile app.

  2. Sign in using your registered email address and password.


Step 2 — Go to the ‘Accounts’ Section

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the Accounts tab.

    • On desktop: located on the right-hand menu

    • On mobile: found in the bottom navigation bar

  2. Select the trading account you want the statement for.


Step 3 — Open ‘Account Statements’

  1. In your selected account, locate and click on Statements or Reports.

  2. This will open the statement generation window.


Step 4 — Choose Your Statement Type

You will usually have these options:

  • Daily – Statement for the previous trading day

  • Monthly – Statement for a specific month

  • Custom Date Range – Choose any start and end date manually

Select the period you need.


Step 5 — Download Your Statement

  1. Click on Generate or Download.

  2. Your statement will be exported as a PDF or CSV, depending on your selection.

  3. The file will automatically download to your device.


Additional Tips

  • If you need statements from multiple accounts, repeat the same steps for each one.

  • Generating large date ranges may take a few extra seconds.

  • If the file fails to download, try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser.
