cTrader: How to download Trading Account Statements

Learn how to download your trading account statements in cTrader, including accessing account history, selecting a date range, and exporting your report.

Using cTrader Desktop:

Follow these steps to export your statement from the cTrader desktop application.

  1. Open cTrader and log in
    Launch the cTrader application and sign in with your cID credentials.

  2. Go to the History tab
    At the bottom of the platform, click the History tab. This shows all closed trades, deposits, and withdrawals for your account.

  3. Set your date range
    Use the date picker at the top of the History panel to select your start and end dates.

  4. Select your account

    If you have multiple trading accounts, use the account selector dropdown to choose the correct one before exporting.

  5. Click Statement
    Click the "Statement" button in the top-right corner of the History panel. You can select either XLSX or HTML by clicking the drop-down arrow beside the Statement button.



Using cTrader Web:

If you prefer to use cTrader in your browser, you can access the same history and export options without installing software.

  1. Log in to the cTrader web platform
    Navigate to your broker's cTrader web URL and sign in with your cID credentials

  2. Open History from the left sidebar
    Click the History icon or menu item in the left navigation panel.

  3. Filter by date range and account
    Use the date filters at the top to narrow down the period. If you have multiple accounts, select the correct one from the account dropdown.

  4. Export your statement
    Click the "Statement" button in the top-right corner of the History view.
