What's new?
When you next log in or create an account, you will be prompted to set up and enable MFA:
Why Does This Matter?
We are giving you a more secure and reliable login experience.
Authenticator apps work directly on your device, even without a mobile signal or internet connection. These codes refresh every 30 seconds, keeping your access reliable and protected at all times. This means:
Stronger security
Faster access
Fewer login issues
Supported MFA Methods (App-Based Authentication)
We currently support industry-standard authenticator apps:
Google Authenticator
1Password
These apps generate a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds and works without SMS or phone signal.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Why is MFA being introduced?
MFA adds an extra layer of security and helps prevent unauthorized access. It provides an additional verification step to better protect your account.
Is MFA mandatory right now?
I changed my phone. How do I access my account?
If you no longer have access to your authenticator app:
Contact Blueberry Support at [email protected] for an MFA reset.
Once reset, you can set up MFA again on your new device.
My authenticator code is not working. What should I do?

Your phone’s time and date are set automatically.
You are entering the latest 6-digit code before it expires.
You are using the correct account in the authenticator app.
If the issue continues, contact Blueberry Support at [email protected].
I accidentally deleted my authenticator app. What now?
Reinstall the application.
If you no longer have the original account set up, you will need Blueberry Support to reset your MFA.
You may contact Blueberry Support at [email protected].
Can I use more than one authenticator app?
Yes. Setting up MFA on multiple devices is recommended for backup access.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
At this stage, MFA requires an authenticator app on a mobile device. SMS or email codes are not supported.
Will MFA be required for withdrawals and sensitive actions?
Yes. MFA will be used to secure logins and critical actions, improving overall account protection.
Is my data safe in authenticator apps?
Authenticator applications store only the secret key needed to generate codes. They do not access your account or personal data.
I am also a Partner; do I need to set up a separate MFA?
No. Once you have set up MFA, it will apply to both your individual and partner accounts.
What if I do not have the phone where my MFA app is installed?
If you do not have the phone where your MFA app is installed, you can use one of your saved backup codes to log in. There is no need to reset your MFA.
Where can I find my backup codes?
Backup codes are provided when you set up MFA. You should have been prompted to save them during the setup process.
Can I reuse a backup code?
No. Each backup code can only be used once. Once you have used all your backup codes, you will need to use a code from your MFA app or contact Blueberry Support to request an MFA reset.
What should I do if I am locked out after multiple failed MFA attempts?
If you enter an incorrect MFA code five times, you will be temporarily locked out for five minutes. Please wait until the lockout period has ended before trying again.
