If you are receiving errors when trying to log in to your Client Portal, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Use an incognito window

  2. Hold down CTRL + F5 to do a hard refresh of the page

  3. Use a different browser

  4. Turn off your VPN (if you're using one)
