  • I can’t see all the instruments in Market Watch: This issue usually occurs when your Market Watch window is displaying only a filtered list of instruments. Use the “show all” function to display all the available instruments.

  • What’s the minimum and maximum trade size?

    • Explains the minimum and maximum trade sizes available for different instruments and account types, helping you understand applicable trading limits.

  • Why can’t I place a trade?

    • An inability to place a trade may result from insufficient margin, incorrect order parameters, market conditions, or temporary platform or connectivity issues. Below are the most common causes and troubleshooting steps:

      • "No Money" Error: This error indicates that your account does not have enough available margin to open or maintain a position.

      • Trading Hours: Trading sessions vary by instrument. Please refer to the Product Specifications page for the trading hours of each instrument.

      • Rollover Period: Explains what happens during the daily rollover period, when liquidity may decrease, spreads may widen, swap charges are applied to eligible overnight positions, and trading conditions may temporarily change.

      • Investor vs. Master Password: Explains the difference between the Investor Password, which provides read-only access to an account, and the Master Password, which allows trading and account management.

      • Off Quotes Error in MT4/MT5: Explains why an "Off Quotes" error occurs, which generally indicates that no executable price is available at the time the order is submitted. This can occur during periods of high market volatility, low liquidity, or temporary connectivity issues.

  • Why is my account disabled (HyperActivity)?

    • Your account may be temporarily disabled after generating an unusually high number of trading requests within a single trading day. This helps protect server performance and maintain a stable trading environment for all clients, and the steps required to restore access. Refer to this Help Center article for more information: Disabled Accounts Due to Hyperactivity
